Guess it’s catch-up time for some of my art work. Pastels, Watercolour and a new Group, Urban Sketchers of S.C where we go to locations and sketch what we see…. such a fun, creative morning with Coffee and chat after, a pleasure after two hours of enjoying what we do!

Pastel painting of Lake Kununurra at Sunset , my reference taken a few years ago on camping trip … it was so hot! And in May ….. our theme at Art Group was high contrast creating drama techniques Kununurra was an interesting oasis in the outback

First outing with Urban Sketchers Sunshine Coast , enjoyed the morning in sunshine at Sunshine Cove Park Maroochydore…..on the river, sketching plein air for a couple of hours with like minded Artists! Some more practice needed in loose drawing with pen and watercolour on A4, coffee later in a great Cafe sealed the morning fine! 🌞😊👩‍🎨☕️

Monet in Paris … fabulous 3D exhibition .
I am painting a Monet in pastel at present, it is the “Cliff Walk in Pourville” first pic. Is from what I viewed in oil and second is my version in pastel (unfinished) after these are more paintings viewed at exhibition…. enjoyed it all
