So it was a regular Thursday just going about my week on LSL en route to the recent .league #’TingX woMENTORnament in and I caught a quick glimpse of a notification that suggested had mentioned me in his story. I originally assumed it was a generic tag that addressed all followers and made a mental note to check it when I was finished packing to leave for the weekend.
Fast forward to the second I came back to the notification and I was shocked to find it wasn’t a bulk tag but one for just and I because we had won this amazing pack each and then realising it was worth $1300. I sent Bridge a text to check Instagram because if she’d seen it she’d have already called me so I know she was still elbow deep in hair dye and trimmed hair under her feet, trying to convince 3 ladies that fishing is the only worthy topic on the agenda in the in

At this stage, I was in the car on the phone (hands free) with Bridge and her posse of newly converted clients all throwing a virtual party because Bergie was hooking us each up with some epic , an 16000 Spin reel and a 100 baitcaster! To say we were spinning out would be fairly accurate!

I guess it’s time for another trip to to pick up 2 new rods. 1 to pair with the baitcaster to add another bass outfit to the spread for this years in our WRFL Project 50/50 teaching women what is like to fish a tournament as a sponsored angler. The second to pair with the 16000 Spin to put some mackerel and tuna on the deck of the before they thin out! And I’ll be looking suave while I put these fins on the deck! What a time to be alive!

I’m always told I have too many school holidays…Well, I have made the most of it and had a chat about it with Scott Levi on ‘The Big Fish’ on ABC Radio. From competing in the Gold Coast Flathead Classic to the BarraYak XP on Lake Monduran, it is safe to say the school holidays were well spent.

Day 2 of the Gold Coast Flathead Classic in the Destiny Marine Bluefin Boats Ladies team!

I am stoked to have landed this solid, healthy girl. She was super happy to swim away after scoffing this white and red Reel Action Lures vibe that I was lucky enough to win as a prize at a Women’s Recreational Fishing League Virtual League Night!
