MOTIVATION
I've been struggling a bit with motivation lately, there's been a lot going on and it just hasn't been as high as usual.
But not being motivated doesn't mean your not going to have a productive workout.
INTENT
Is what drives successful training sessions. Even with a lack of motivation, if you approach your reps, sets, exercises with intention you can, focus on your breathing, mind muscle connection, stick to rest times. Now im not saying without motivation your goinv to be breakinv any strength records. But, you can still be sure your using your time training effectively for your goals.
