House Crown 2025 👑
“First event COMPLETED”

This event gave them a reason to train. The motivation to show up when they didn’t want to, ask questions, learn more about their body and find ways to improve their physical ability while balancing all of life’s struggles 😊

We take our preparation seriously, this was multiple 16week blocks of building the entire member base on a structured program and IF people felt ready enough to compete they were welcome to 😊

You don’t need to be an athlete to enjoy the feeling of prepping for a competition. The excitement of the day is just a showcase of the work these guys have put in leading up to it.

Doin something you didn’t think you could or would ever do is what unlocks a level of self confidence that cannot be trained.

These are the daredevils that took the leap this year.

“Team is EVERYTHING”

Before we recognise the athletes we must make it clear, we would be nothing without our members and today these guys in particular gave us their time, effort and energy to pull off such an event.
hux is more than a member, shes our friend that keeps Katy and myself on the straight and narrow. Our creative director helps more than people will ever know and we appreciate you so much 🤍

a lunch. Was definitely not enough payment for what you guys helped us with today. I want you to know that every compliment that gets said about this event is because of you guys. You sacrificed your time to help create MOMENTS for other people.

Moments they will go home and talk to their kids about or look back when they’re older and smile. They didn’t know anything went wrong, because you guys kept it that way 🤍
