Mastering the barbell back squat! 🏋️‍♂️🦵

1️⃣ Start with the bar set at shoulder height
2️⃣Position the bar on your traps, not your neck, with hands just outside shoulder width
3️⃣Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly out
4️⃣Unrack the bar, step back and steady yourself
5️⃣Take a deep breath, brace your core, and keep chest up
6️⃣Lower by bending hips and knees, keeping the weight spread across the foot
7️⃣Go down until thighs are parallel to the floor
8️⃣Push through your feet to stand back up

Remember: form first, then add weight! 💪
