Here are a few simple things that make a BIG difference in how you pull up the next day:

💧 Hydrate properly
Not just water — add electrolytes to replace what you’ve lost through sweat.

🥶 Cold therapy (ice bath or cold shower)
Helps reduce inflammation and muscle soreness. Even 5–10 minutes can help.

🧘‍♀️ Stretch (static stretching)
After a game is the time to slow it down. Focus on hamstrings, hips, calves, and lower back.

🔄 Light movement the next day
A walk, easy bike ride or light mobility keeps the body from stiffening up.

👐 Recovery treatments
Massage, cupping or red light therapy can speed up muscle repair and reduce tightness.

😴 Sleep
This is where the real recovery happens. Aim for a solid night sleep — your body needs it.
