APIA Leichhardt was established in 1954. APIA joined the NSW Soccer Federation in 1957 and left in 1978 to join the National Soccer League. The club played in the NSL between 1979 and 1992, winning the league in 1987. Since leaving the NSL, APIA has played in the NSW Premier League and National Premier Leagues - which are semi-professional competitions that represent the second highest level of fo
