Well done everyone who came in for yolked yoga this week and tried something different ..but old school! Being freshly inspired by Swarmi retreat, I condensed the classic sivanandra hatha class into 60 mins. We took our cooling pauses as sivasanas after every pose. We were compassionate and wise with choosing the traditional pose or the many accessible alternatives, which still encourage the same energy clearing and wellbeing in the body and mind. We dove into some new kriya pranayama and mindfulness.
General feedback is to repeat this a couple of times and be curious about the physical benefits and progression.
