Hi all office is closed from now and reopens on Monday the 20th of April. Please join me in wishing our riders
Kirsten Ryans and one for the road aka Henry well in not only completing her first dressage series but also gaining enough points to head confidently into her first grade 4 tests.

Kelly Hobbs with Combined forces aka Anzac completing the dressage series and being in the very tight running to place in the top 8 its anyone's game in that grade at the moment good luck Kelly and Anzac.

Renee Furlan and Barthalona aka Barthy 12 months ago Renee was having to rehab Barthy back from extreme weight loss and no muscle she has done an amazing job getting him back to full health and doing this series we are so proud of you and Barthy Renee.

Myself and The Bats Lass aka Delilah though I have competed in series events myself before with other horses this is a special one from me. There was a point in time I never thought Dee would be more than a paddock companion if I could get her mentally sane enough for that but she put all her trust in me and I've tried my best to never break that so there may just be a proud tear or two at the completion of Sunday.

To all the riders from our club and all the others goodluck, have fun and well done on pushing yourselves threw all of the obstacles that have come our way to keep turning up, training and stay smiling.

All the clubs have put on amazing events and all organisers, volunteers and riders should be proud .

I know I've used it before but couldn't think of a more fitting source of media for this post than this one of the very first day of the series.
Credit to Colin Reid for the media.

Time and time again I try to tell you kids that everyone has bad days, everyone has a horse that is having a bad day, not everything is easy and WE ALL FALL SOMETIMES. Well for your enjoyment is when Delilah and i parted ways on Sunday. She thought there was something scary in the water and that I should have a closer look hahahhaha

We all have bad days kids it's how you come back from them that counts. Keep doing what you love.

I made Jen Mainland run it was worth it hahahha.
