Broken in 2.5 years ago. No dirt, was good to ride. Had good movement and nice paces. Has not been ridden since broken in.
Bred and had 1 foal this past season, 3rd and 4th photos. No issues getting in foal, during pregnancy or foaling down. Stella mother, produced a great foal. Cannot fault her as a broodmare. Her foal is dark brown, so she has thrown colour to the stallion on her first breeding.
Has a very easy going personality. Easy to catch, good to float, good for farrier and vets. She is an easy keeper. Happy on her own or with a herd. Tends to be higher up in herd dynamics but not a cruel leader if she's in charge.
Recently started working on the lunge again, no issues and progressing nicely as time allows.
Ruby has a full brother trained in cutting and currently a turn back horse. Has other full siblings doing very well in ranch & reining, including winning at nationals. Her sire has produced great camp drafting and cutting foals.
Selling as no longer breeding, and already have our show horses so she deserves to be somewhere either who wants to breed her or ride/compete her rather than she just sit in a paddock.
