Today marks my final day as CEO of Mosaic Elite Health Community Hub.
As I close this chapter, I wanted to take a moment to simply say... thank you.
Thank you to every person who believed in us, believed in our vision, and stood beside me through the highs and the lows. Mosaic was never just a business to me and West, it was a dream built from hope, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
To our participants, families, staff, volunteers, supporters, and the wider community thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey. Every smile, every milestone, every friendship, and every life we were privileged to touch made every challenge worthwhile.
To my incredible team, thank you for your passion, loyalty, and dedication. You helped turn an idea into a community, and I will always be grateful for everything we achieved together.
The road wasn't always easy, but I wouldn't change it for the world. Mosaic taught me lessons I'll carry for the rest of my life. It showed me the strength of community, the power of believing in people, and what can be achieved when you refuse to give up.
While today is the end of one chapter, it is also the beginning of another. I leave with immense pride in what we built together and with hope for the future.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me and in the vision we shared.
No matter where life takes me next, a piece of my heart will always remain with Mosaic.
