J.E Memorial, got the WIN today over Workshops, what a big achievement to be 2025/2026 B Grade Winners!

Entering the comp only 3 years ago in honour of Jason Edwards. A Son, Partner, Father, Grandfather, Uncle and all around good Mate. When it was off season from footy you would see him at the cricket games scoring, yarning and you’d hear his laugh from a mile away when he would crack his jokes.

Appreciate all those that choose to be apart of the team, taking time out of your Saturday and playing means a lot from all of us.

J.E Memorial secured their spot as minor premiers smashing sixes, bowling on point and their overall performance have been outstanding. Their dedication and hard work dominating B Grade every weekend has paid off and at the end of the day, let there be no excuses, no explanations and no regrets.

GRAND FINAL, WE READY READY!!! 🏏

Jason's spirit will undoubtedly continue to inspire the team as they take to the field for the last game of the season for 25/26💚🤍

A huge congratulations to our J.E Memorial team on securing their spot in the grand final!

We're incredibly proud of the boys for their dedication and hard work every weekend.

We're now eagerly awaiting our opponent for the big game in two weeks.

Last Saturday J.E Memorial was just too deadly and came away with the win 2/148 over South Wallsend 9/137. 💪🏽

Jason Edwards was more than just a name – he was a vibrant community leader, a jokester with a generous heart, and a man who believed in the power of unity, sport and laughter to change lives. 💚

Last Saturday J.E Memorial did exactly that, allowed everyone a chance, coming together and having a good old laugh. We may have lost to Workshops 9/93 - 10/91 but we know J.E Memorial had fun and walked away with a smile still on their faces.😊

Last Saturday, was a nice hot day with a bit of smoke in the air but that didn't stop J.E Memorial getting the win over Elliots Lambton to which the score ended up being 8/130 - 9/100.
