Hi lovely followers,

We are seeking staff to support riding lessons, equine experiences, and NDIS services for people of all ages and abilities. This role suits someone experienced in horse management, riding instruction, and/or NDIS support.

Key Responsibilities
• Daily horse care: feeding, grooming, rugging, tacking, and monitoring health
• Prepare horses, equipment, and safe environments for lessons
• Deliver riding lessons to individuals and small groups
• Support beginner riders and participants with disabilities
• Supervise trail rides on and off the property
• Assist with programs (e.g. school holidays)
• General duties including lesson planning, staff supervision, rostering, and record keeping

Requirements
• Strong experience in horse riding, handling, and training
• Ability to confidently manage horse welfare and behaviour
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to complete background checks

Preferred (NDIS)
• Experience as an NDIS support worker or therapy assistant (or willingness to learn)
• NDIS Worker Screening, Blue/Yellow Card
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
