Today was a big day - I unfortunately have not been feeling well over the last few days and unfortunately today while training I had a .

I unfortunately have had these for many years but with medication they have been at bay for over 2 years, Drs are looking at new medication to control this health condition but apart from today I have been very healthy and seizure free for a long time.

This post is to say a BIG to everyone who helped me when I needed the community the most.

First and foremost for holding me up and not letting me fall, my wonderful for bringing me around, she is a superstar, she knows how to manage these situations.

Then I also want to thank a few more Shannon and from for calling the ambulance and a wonderful member called James who stayed with me and my wife while I was in trouble until I was taken into the ambulance and hospital.

All the other members who also assisted in any way they could and I heard helped move machines to get the stretcher in.

I am just so thankful for the community - you helped me at my weakest moment and didn’t leave my side until I was under the paramedics care.

To my clients THANKYOU for understanding the sudden change of plans in training schedule today / tomorrow and to be rescheduled.

This post is just a full blown THANKYOU
Feel blessed to be apart of a wonderful family- the IGYM FAMILY 🙏
