The 2026/27 Tasmanian Ocean Swim Series just got bigger, with TWO Burnie events joining the calendar!
Burnie Surf Life Saving Club :
Race 3 > BURNIE 3-6-9
Race 8 > Strait Link Burnie Surf Festival Swim
That means 11 swims across our Tassie summer ‼️

Thank you to our incredible volunteers who made our Beach 2 Beach and Kingston 5 swims possible! 🙌🏼

From our water safety crew from Kingston Beach SLSC, Bicheno SLSC and Volunteer Marine Rescue Kingborough to our incredible BBQ crew who kept everyone fed - we couldn't put these events on without all of your help!

Special shout out to Sandra and David Gadsby who put in countless hours behind the scenes to make our ocean swim events happen! 👏🏻👏🏻

And thank you to the kids who rang the bell to celebrate the swimmers across the finish line, collected timing bands, helped defleate buoys & worked on the BBQ till - what little legends we have at KB! 💛🩵🖤
