Today, the Gracie Barra Kingsgrove team attended Gracie Barra LeaderCon.

One of the biggest lessons we took away was the importance of understanding why we do what we do. We’re not just teaching Jiu-Jitsu, we’re changing lives, building confidence, and making a positive impact within our community.

We are truly blessed to be part of such an incredible community, united by a common purpose: to improve, inspire, and grow together as one team.

Meet Antony Caraffa, the newest addition to the Gracie Barra Kingsgrove coaching team.

As one of the academy’s original founding members, Antony has grown from student to coach, embodying the values of dedication, perseverance, and continuous growth.
