Final results are in and well done to this year’s South Burnett Express Rail Trail Relay Champions Declan Kelly Track Club (Men), Pinnacle (Women) and Paceshavers (Mixed).

Folks, the legends from South Burnett Mountain Bike Club are running the post-race lunch for us again this year.
Please support these guys, they will be setting up at Oneil's Square from 11:00am with burgers ready to go from around 12:30pm.
They will be supplying hamburgers, vege burgers and sausage in bread and cold drinks (soft drinks and water). The burgers are $9.00 each, Sausage in bread $3.00 and Drinks are $2.50.

Hello fellow runners, only 1 week to go until the Relay.
All teams must have a support rider to travel with their runner on every leg of the relay.
Support riders are to carry a small medical kit, spare tube, pump, phone and bottle of water with them at all times. The medical kit is to include a compression bandage.

A fun weekend at the Wondai Running Festival with a variety of distances on offer up to the Marathon along the Rail Trail and also races through surrounding bush trails.

An enjoyable country dinner that the local community really gets behind is held at the Wondai Memorial Hall on the Saturday night.

Well done to the organisers and I would recommend to all of our Relay runners to put the event in their calendar for next year.

Get ready to hit the trail for an unforgettable day of running, teamwork, and fun in the heart of Queensland!

The South Burnett Express Rail Trail Relay is back – a unique team relay challenge set along the stunning South Burnett Rail Trail. Teams of 5 to 8 runners will tackle 60km of scenic trail, racing from Kingaroy to Wondai and back, one leg at a time (average ~5km per runner).

Whether you’re in it to win or just in it for the good times, this event is all about community spirit, strategy, and shared adventure.
