It’s essential that you know your team’s allocated wave start time. Pre-race briefings will commence 10 minutes prior to each wave start. Team captains should pick up race packs for their teams at least 20 minutes before their wave start.

REMINDER ‼️

Currently we have a record number of teams entered for the 2026 South Burnett Express Relay! However, many registered teams currently are not filled with sufficient participants (5-8). The correct registration steps through our chosen platform, Race Roster, has below listed below. Navigate to https://southburnettexpress.run. Click on the GREEN Register button. You will be taken to https://raceroster.com. Select the BLACK register button underneath “Registration fees”.

1. Registration steps

To submit a complete registration, the following steps are Register, Team Review, Agreements and Checkout

2. Who are you registering?

Select myself or someone else.

3. Join or Create a Team

3.1 If you are the Team Captain, which should be decided, confirmed and communicated to all team members, click Create a Team. You will be prompted to create a Team Code which MUST be shared to EVERY member to join the team. We recommend a code easy to remember and related to your team.
3.2 If you are a Team Member, click Yes, add to another existing team

4. Enter Team Code

Once the Team Captain has created and SHARED the code, all other member must enter the code CORRECTLY to join the team.

Thanks for your understanding, as this registration process is slightly more complicated than other events. We can’t wait to see you all on Sunday the 26th July!
