What are you grateful for today?
Have you got a daily gratitude practice?

Having a conscious daily gratitude practice has several positive effects on mental and physical health as well as on relationships.

Who or what can you actively thank today?

It could be anything or anyone.

Today, I thank my children for continuously giving me opportunities to grow as a parent and person, building my patience, compassion and the ability to find alternatives.

I am also thankful for my friends, their advice, support and understanding for when life gets a bit busy.

Last but not least, I am grateful for the weather, for many reasons, actually. Most importantly it taught me the significance of the saying “be careful what you wish for”. Being born and raised in a lush green and wet place, we so often wished the, what we called, miserable rain away. Little did I know that I was to live in a place where I was going to wish for the exact opposite! It has also taught me to keep a positive mindset even if circumstances are way less than desirable and are out of my control.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Incorporating a new habit into your routine often works best at the very beginning of your day or at the very end. It can be specific, it can be broad. Write it down, or say it out loud, right now, right here and feel it.

Ever listen in on that voice that unconsciously runs your life?

This isn't just about being positive, this is what you deep down believe about yourself and the BS stories you tell yourself to stay in your comfort zone. Be assured, we all do it to some degree or another.

I used to tell myself "I can't run, I won't ever run long distances". Now, I've got two legs and two feet like all other healthy human beings, what was really stopping me? A BS story. Indeed I found out I can run! And I can consistently stick to it, if I want to. Now, I am currently not but would like to again, so, I've got to ask myself, what is currently stopping me when I know it will get me the results I'm after? Or could I do something different instead?

There are always options, you just got to chose to see them, be honest with yourself and take action.

Welcome everyone 🌟

Thank you for following my page and being patient with me welcoming you!

It has been long in the making, it has been a goal for over two years! Upon the completion of my Masters Practitioner Training last October I finally got my own ABN, started some 1:1 coaching. I just kept pushing this whole business page creation off, since I wanted my official business email first. And I’ve finally done that, too! No more BS stories now for me and here it is! What is it that you can take action towards still today in order to progress towards what you want to achieve?

I will, as time permits, share all my useful knowledge from my trainings here with you and I’m so grateful you are all here for the journey.

One thing I would like to start off right away, is a little side group, mainly around weight loss, working on our eating and drinking habits, exercise, all in a healthy way and breaking all beliefs that limit you on reaching your goals. This idea has sprouted last week after we had a lovely and open discussion around the topic in the Our Meditation Cirlce session. I’m not 100% set on what this will look like, it will just evolve as we go on.
There will be a group, which everyone is welcome to join and which will be free of any charge. There we can share our progress, what has worked, what hasn’t, recipes, set meeting times etc.. We will have meetings, in a group setting but at different times than the Our Meditation Circle session, please note, it will be seperate from that.
There, we will do hypnosis, pendulum work, NLP techniques such as Like-to-Dislike and whatever else I have in my toolbox to support everyone on their journey. There will be a fee for this part of the service, I’m not sure yet how much or what this will look like exactly. I’m open to suggestions. There is of course also the option of 1:1 coaching for those who feel they need it.
Please let me know if you are interested in this, we will touch on this tomorrow in the group, any feedback is highly appreciated.

In general, I’m available for 1:1 coaching, due to having still one child at kindy, my time is rather scarce, but please reach out and we will see what we can make work together! I know you’re wondering what I can help you with, basically with anything that you’re stuck with, if you feel limited in anyway or just feel like you’re not living your best life, just get in touch. A consultation over the phone, a cuppa or stroll is always free 🌟.
