There is nothing better than a weekend drive with the family, especially when you find a little local gem like Linville Cafe .

A massive shout out to Megan and the team. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, welcoming and exactly what you hope for from a great country cafe.

And the food... absolutely worth the drive.

I went for their Reuben on sourdough and it was bloody beautiful. Properly loaded, toasted perfectly and definitely one I would order again. Washed it down with a beautiful iced mocha, which hit the spot perfectly.

The rest of the family tucked into their meals and drinks as well, and there were plenty of empty plates by the end of it. That normally tells you everything you need to know.

Places like this are what make our regional communities special. Good food, good people, genuine country hospitality and businesses that deserve to be supported.

So if you are heading through Linville, coming out from Kilcoy, Moore, Blackbutt, Toogoolawah, Esk or just looking for an excuse for a weekend drive, do yourself a favour and stop in at Linville Store Cafe.

Go hungry. Grab a coffee. Have a feed. Say g'day to Megan and the crew.

🎾 PLAY ON! SPORTS VOUCHERS ARE NOW OPEN! 🎾

Hey, amazing Kilcoy Tennis Club/Academy families!

Play On! Sports Vouchers run by financial year. This means eligible families can apply for a new voucher for each young warrior aged 5 to 17—even if their child received one during the previous financial year.

Each voucher is worth up to $200 and can help cover eligible tennis coaching and participation fees.

Applications are now open, so we encourage families to apply early to help secure support for their young warrior.

When selecting your activity provider, please search for Holloway’s Tennis Coaching, as this is the registered provider for Kilcoy Tennis Academy.

Once your child receives their voucher, please send it directly to Coach Chris so we can arrange for it to be applied to their eligible tennis fees.

The public holiday won’t stop our warriors—all Kilcoy Tennis Academy lessons will go ahead as normal this Monday.

Kilcoy Tennis Academy is proudly partnered with Kilcoy Tennis Club to grow tennis and create more opportunities for people throughout Kilcoy and the wider Somerset community.

We currently have plenty of places available in our Monday lessons across all ages and playing levels, from our four year old beginners right through to adults in their seventies.

Whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time, returning after years away or ready to take your game further, there is a place on court for you.

$200 PLAY ON! SPORTS VOUCHERS ARE OPEN

Warrior families, the new round of Queensland Government Play On! Sports Vouchers is officially open.

Eligible Queensland kids aged 5 to 17 can receive a voucher worth up to $200 to help cover their sporting participation fees. That means more kids on court, more families supported and fewer financial barriers standing between a young warrior and their opportunity to grow.

Your voucher can be used towards eligible tennis coaching fees with Kilcoy Tennis Academy. Under Holloway tennis coaching

Apply through the Queensland Government Play On! website. Once your voucher is approved, send it directly to Coach Chris and we will help you from there.

Vouchers are limited and applications may close once the available allocation is exhausted, so do not leave it sitting on the to do list. Get in early and secure your child’s voucher.

Every child deserves the opportunity to participate, belong and discover what they are capable of.

Coach Chris is here again today, proudly standing alongside the Kilcoy Tennis Club and representing the tennis community we are so grateful to be part of.
