🎾 SPRING SCHOOL HOLIDAY TENNIS CLINIC IS HERE! 🎾
Families from Wamuran right through to Linville, the September school holidays are nearly here and we’re getting ready for three big mornings of tennis, fun and mateship at Kilcoy. 💪
Whether your young warrior has never held a racquet before or already loves their tennis, they’re welcome. Our clinic is all about keeping kids active, helping them learn new skills, make new mates and build confidence both on and off the court. 🌟
📅 21st, 22nd & 23rd September
⏰ 9am to 12 noon
👧🧒 Ages 4 to 18
💲 $60 per day or $150 for all 3 days
🍎 Morning tea and lunch provided
🎾 All equipment provided
🙌 All abilities welcome
✅ Qualified coaches
⭐ Coach Chris bringing 30 years of coaching experience
We welcome families from Wamuran, Delaneys Creek, D’Aguilar, Woodford, Mt Mee, Kilcoy, Harlin, Moore, Linville and surrounding communities.
You don’t have to already play tennis. Just come down, have a crack and become part of the team. 👊

Our new fully monitored Automatic External Defibrillator ( AED ) has been installed at the Kilcoy Tennis Club, providing access to anyone while at the courts, players & coaches, parents or spectators in the event of a cardiac emergency. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to both Staying Alive Health for helping make this possible and funding support provided by the Gambling Community Benefit Fund as part of the Queensland Government. ❤️

Also to our committee members, especially our secretary Kylie Robinson for managing the application for the grant which proved successful. ❤️

Brooke & Ben Collins from Staying Alive Health installed the defibrillator & provided education on how to use it. This initiative is part of their efforts to support local community safety & provide access to life saving equipment.❤️

We hope it is never needed - but if the day comes this could help save a life. ❤️

We are pleased to announce that the club has successfully secured a grant from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund to purchase an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) package through Staying Alive.

The device will be installed on Tuesday, 25 August, at approximately 8.30 a.m. Following the installation, representatives from Staying Alive will provide a demonstration on how to operate the AED. This demonstration is open to all members and court users.

While we sincerely hope this life-saving device is never needed, we are proud to have it available and are reassured that anyone using the courts will have access to emergency assistance should the need arise helping us make our club an active safer space for everyone.

🎾 PLAY ON! SPORTS VOUCHERS ARE NOW OPEN! 🎾

Hey, amazing Kilcoy Tennis Club/Academy families!

Play On! Sports Vouchers run by financial year. This means eligible families can apply for a new voucher for each young warrior aged 5 to 17—even if their child received one during the previous financial year.

Each voucher is worth up to $200 and can help cover eligible tennis coaching and participation fees.

Applications are now open, so we encourage families to apply early to help secure support for their young warrior.

When selecting your activity provider, please search for Holloway’s Tennis Coaching, as this is the registered provider for Kilcoy Tennis Academy.

Once your child receives their voucher, please send it directly to Coach Chris so we can arrange for it to be applied to their eligible tennis fees.

🎾 WE’RE OPEN THIS EKKA MONDAY! 🎾

The public holiday won’t stop our warriors—all Kilcoy Tennis Academy lessons will go ahead as normal this Monday.

We can’t wait to see everyone back on court, working hard, having fun and continuing to turn dreams into realities! 💪🎾
