Congrats to all August’s most active members!!! And everyone that showed up this month 💪 you’re doing amazing!!!

Also, shoutout to Lachlan. W for winning the challenge of the month - 43 pushups in 30 seconds 🙌

Be sure to give our September challenge a go: the most pistol squats (single leg squats) in 30 seconds. This is a tricky one for sure requiring both unilateral strength and balance 😅
