Have you been wondering what Metafit is all about? Worried that you’re not fit enough to start group fitness classes?

If you have then this post is for you!

Yes Metafit is tough 💪🏼 but it’s tough for EVERYONE whether you’re a beginner or have been training for years because it can be adapted to every fitness level.

Metafit is a high intensity, short duration workout that is fun, effective and very rewarding.

You will be both physically and mentally stronger and feel incredible after every workout you complete.

If you’ve been wondering or thinking of coming to a class but are too nervous, please don’t be. Everyone has been in those shoes at one point and once you take that first step every time after that will get easier.

I always say that the hardest part for everyone is just showing up!!

Message me if you have any questions or come along and try your first class for free and see if you like it 😊

Never forget who is watching what you do.

I'm so proud everyone who comes to train - and especially of the mums who put in so much effort to simply make it to Metafit despite how hard it can be with young children sometimes!!

All of the gorgeous kiddies who come to Metafit are so lucky to have such strong and hardworking role models to look up to (or climb on 🤣).

This here is the reason our classes will ALWAYS be kid friendly.

Our classes can be tailored to any ability and fitness levels and everyone is welcome to join us.
My mum who is 68 has been visiting lately and loves joining in on the classes! The only competition is with yourself 👌🏼
