What a win from our Year 5/6 Tequiras team! 🔥

Taking on Wickham, our juniors came out firing and fought hard right to the final whistle, coming away with a 17–11 WIN! 🙌

And just like that… THEY’RE OFF TO THE GRAND FINAL! 🏆💚

We are so incredibly proud of this team and everything they’ve achieved this season. They’ve worked hard, backed each other and earned their place on the biggest stage! 👏

💚🖤 THE GRAND FINAL DREAM IS ALIVE! 🖤💚

Finals are well and truly underway, and there’s still plenty to play for at Tequiras! 🔥

Our Men’s team have already punched their ticket to the GRAND FINAL after a tough win on Monday night! 🏆 One spot secured and now the rest of our finalists are ready to chase theirs.

💚 Year 5/6 are still alive and kicking after their win in the elimination final! They take to the court again Monday against Wickham, ready to fight for another week.

💚 Division 4 Green get another chance after a hard-fought loss on Tuesday night. They’ll regroup and go again against Kats White with everything on the line.

💚 And Division 1 have waited patiently for their turn… now it’s time! They finally hit the court Tuesday night against Falcons with the chance to book their place in the Grand Final. 👊

On Friday night, we swapped the club dresses for heels and button-ups for the annual Karratha Netball Association Awards Night! ✨🥂

We’re incredibly proud of the effort our Tequiras players have put in across the entire season, but a huge congratulations goes to some of our standouts who were recognised on the night! 👏

💚🏅 MINI TEQUIRAS OLYMPICS! 🏅💚

On Wednesday afternoon we wrapped up the season for our Year 3/4 & Year 5/6 juniors with the Mini Tequiras Olympics! 🎉

The age groups were mixed into four teams — Purple Zetos 💜, Green Machines 💚, Banana Drama 💛 and Bluey’s 💙 — and battled it out through an afternoon of fun and games!

After some fierce competition, Purple Zetos came away with the win! 🏆💜

We’d also like to congratulate our Year 5/6 award winners:

As some of you may already know, our beautiful Campbell-Hill family — Cynara, Josh and their six children — tragically lost the majority of their home in a house fire on the 29th of August.

Their daughter Jordyn is part of our Tequiras junior family, and we would love to rally around them during what is an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time.

If you are in a position to donate, any amount, big or small, would be so greatly appreciated. Every little bit will help Cynara and Josh as they begin to rebuild their lives and provide some much-needed support and stability for their family.
