Alright team… easing off the gas a touch this week 😌

After some big weeks, this Saturday is all about keeping things controlled, with long runs up to 25km. A nice chance to freshen the legs while still ticking the box.

Weeks to go are looking like this:
Noosa – 2 weeks 👀
Brisbane – 4 weeks
Gold Coast – 8 weeks

Close enough to feel it… far enough to still pretend we’ve got time 😅

Our Thursday run/walk is the most chilled and welcoming of the week — a slightly smaller crew, relaxed vibes, and the perfect setting if you’re new or just keen to ease into things. No pressure, no pace expectations, just good people getting out and moving together.

It’s the ideal chance to meet a few friendly faces, have a chat along the way, and get a feel for what Frontrunners is all about.

It’s the first Monday of May — and that means we’re officially into the last month to get ready for the Winter Challenge ❄️🏃‍♂️

Whether you’re building momentum or just getting back into the swing of things, this week’s Monday Run/Walk is the perfect place to start. As always, there’s a great mix of run and walk paces, so you’ll have company no matter where you’re at.

Only one month to go until winter… which means one thing — the Brisbane Frontrunners Winter Challenge is back ❄️🏃‍♂️

This year we’re bringing back the photo bingo (because it was too good not to), but turning up the social vibes. Expect more reasons to get out, connect, and have a laugh along the way — plus rewards for consistency and most improved, not just the big mileage.

Last year we “ran” a lap of Australia… so the question is: how far can we go this time?

Alright team… we’ve officially entered the “long run is basically a personality trait” phase 😏

Brisbane is only 5 weeks off, and Gold Coast only 9… so naturally the answer is: run further.

This Saturday the marathon crew will be rolling out for 28–35km. Some will keep it sensible, others will absolutely not 👀

As always — come for some or come for all. Whether you’re building, maintaining, or just here for the chats, there’s a spot for you.

Paces will be nice and controlled as we lean into marathon prep… but if you’ve got different plans (or woke up feeling heroic), feel free to head off and do your own thing.

Long runs, good chats, a touch of suffering — standard Saturday really 💙

Thursday Frontrunners… same good vibes, just a little more cruisy 😌

If Mondays feel a bit busy, Thursday is your chance to slow it down, settle into a rhythm, and have those longer chats along the way. With a slightly smaller crew, it’s the perfect night to mix things up and run or walk with someone new.

No matter your pace, there’s always someone to move with. That’s what Frontrunners is all about… good company, easy miles, and enjoying the time out there together.
