How I train for running….
If you want to remain strong, I’ve covered all the main bases.
Quads/hips/hamstrings/more glutes and calves- all the good exercises!
The program is structured in a way that it incorporates both uni and bilateral movements.
This has been a nice staple workout for me that it’s resulted in awesome strength improvements and some nice cardiovascular gains- the result of an actual concurrent training plan! 😉
