🔥🏑 SUMMER HOCKEY – FINAL WEEK! 🏑🔥

This Thursday 26th/2nd marks the final hit-out for Summer Hockey, and what a season it’s been! With winter just around the corner and club trainings about to kick off, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what’s been an incredible few months.

A massive, personal THANK YOU to all of our volunteers 🙌
Without your time, effort and commitment, Summer Hockey simply wouldn’t happen. Because of you, we’ve had great games, smooth nights, and a place for everyone to come together and enjoy the sport we love.

And to everyone who laced up and got involved this year — thank you! The atmosphere has been unreal… good vibes, great people, plenty of laughs and some quality hockey along the way. That’s what it’s all about 💛💚

To finish it off in style, we’re firing up the BBQ for the final night this week! 🌭🔥
Come down, have a run on the turf, grab a snag and a bevvy, stick around for a chat and help us send Summer Hockey out the right way.

Here’s the rundown:
🧒 Juniors & Mixed Social (Modified Rules) — 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
🏑 Seniors (Honesty Rules) — 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
(Juniors can play seniors with parental permission)

$5 per person CASH ONLY!!!

So grab your sticks, rally your mates, and come down for a fun, social hit each Thursday from 6 pm! It’s the perfect way to keep your fitness up, stay sharp, and enjoy some great summer hockey vibes! 🌅

See you on the turf! 💚💛

🌡️ SUMMER HOCKEY UPDATE 🌡️

Due to the heat, we have made the call to cancel Summer Hockey, putting player safety first 💙🏑

It’s only a brief pause — not the end of the fun!
We’ll be back next week, recharged, ready, and keen to get back out there 💪🔥

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and enjoy the night off. Looking forward to seeing everyone back on the pitch next week for more Summer Hockey action!

🎉 A massive thank you to all our juniors and seniors for turning up each Thursday and making last year such a great time!

A huge shout-out to everyone who volunteered their time — we genuinely couldn’t do it without you 🙌

We hope you all had a fantastic break and are ready to hit the turf again this year.

We will be back next week Thursday 15th Jan - and running through to when clubs start back training.

once again thank you all so much for your participation and efforts this summer season and look forward to seeing you all again next week.

🎄 Festive Season Cheers from EGHA & Kalgoorlie Summer Hockey! 🎄

As we roll into the holiday season, we’d like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a fun, festive New Year! Stay safe on your summer break wherever your travels may take you. ☀️🚗

Our Summer Hockey season will wrap up on Thursday, 18 December, and we’ll be back in action on Thursday, 15 January at the usual time.

A massive thank-you to all our amazing volunteers who step up every week, and to everyone who comes down and supports the program — you’re the reason this community keeps growing. ❤️🏑

What an incredible start to Summer Hockey — the numbers each week have been unreal, and it’s been awesome seeing everyone out there having a run! 🏑🔥

This week is extra special for EGHA… the Thunder Sticks Program is coming to OUR stadium! ⚡🏆
Make sure you register, get involved, and come support this awesome event!

⚠️ Important: Because we’re hosting Thunder Sticks, there will be NO Summer Hockey this Thursday, 4th Dec.

4.00pm–5.00pm: Junior Group (11–13 yrs)

5.00pm–6.30pm: Academy Group (14–17 yrs)

6.30pm–8.00pm: Senior Group Training

Friday 5 December

4.00pm–5.00pm: Junior Group

5.00pm–6.30pm: Academy Group

6.30pm–8.00pm: Coach Development Session

Saturday 6 December

4.00pm–5.00pm: Junior Group

We’re super excited to announce that Summer Hockey is returning Thursday, November 6th — thanks to the help of some awesome volunteers! 🙌

We’ll be running all through the summer season, taking a short break over Christmas (around 3 weeks), then straight back into the action until winter teams start training again! 💪
