Clearly the last round of the state series in Bunbury went better for some of us than others - need I say any more?😅

Jurien Bay - Tri Series Round 1

Felt absolutely incredible on the bike all day and it was honestly probably the best I've ridden in forever - I'm so glad that finally seems to be turning around😅 Went 4, 3, 3 for a 3rd overall for the day!

Was very worried about the weather friday night but it ended up being the perfect day for racing, the track held up great and I genuinly had so much fun😁

Looking forward to the next one in Geraldton!

I can confidently say I made up for my lack of, well whatever that was in Albany, today!😁
Went 4, 4, 3 for a 3rd overall - of course behind the baby brother - who got his first overall win for the series 🥺
Unfortunately you can't add videos and pictures into the same post on facebook, but I'll put some videos in the comment section so you can enjoy my holeshot, and some clips of my brother and I actually racing together.
Pretty damn happy with my effort today, I must say😊

Let's just say gym fit definitely does NOT = bike fit 😭
Probably some of the worst racing I've done in years to be honest 😅 Was honestly not prepared for the weekend, because well life seems to get in the way these days unfortunately. Couldn't get comfortable on the bike, my wrist was not taking it easy on me, and the mud speaks for itself...

Can't go anywhere but up from here though so back to the drawing board before the next state round in Wanneroo💪

Unfortunately there's not been much racing going on at the moment - this season seems to be a little complicated, and apparently the races we do get, my bike doesn't wanna do 😂

Since I have no action photos from the state round the other weekend (cause there was no action from me😅) - have this photo of my beautiful boy on top of my bike now that I've gotten it back from the mechanic 😩

Unfortunately I managed to snap the gear shaft in the first race so my day ended VERY early🥲

Super proud of the baby bro though, Rohan Schmid #262 managed his first senior state round race win, for a second overall for the day!!🥺

Australian ATV MX Nationals 2025 done and dusted!!🏁😁

Super happy with the results this year!
Women's: Australia Number 1 🥇
Pros: 5th overall 💪

The track was awesome, and for the first time in ages I actually enjoyed jumping! I felt great on the bike the whole weekend, and in the end the random weather conditions just made it more interesting😅
•
To say I'm dead now is an understatement though😅 - 10 races in 2 days - 5 × women's races, and 5 × 15minutes +1 for the Pro races, and my lap times stayed pretty much consistent throughout the whole weekend, so I am quite proud of myself!😁
Also ended up $250 richer for getting all 5 holeshots in the women's class. So that's always a bonus😆

Props to you Justin Hudak and all the crew for organizing the event, it was by far the best nationals that I can remember riding!🫶

P1, P1 in Women's, and P6 and then P5 for Pros!! Pretty happy so far. Gotta lock in for tomorrow!!🤭
