You just never know who’s sneaking up behind you… 👀😂
One minute you’re minding your own business, the next thing you know… SNACK TIME! 🐾🤣

Turns out Laz and Scooby have more in common than being ridiculously adorable…

Both are loyal.
Both are always ready for an adventure.
Both have impeccable snack radar.
And both make pretty bloody good best mates. ❤️

The only difference?

Scooby is looking for the snacks…

Laz is looking for the protein, the plan and the person who needs a little coaching to stay on track. 😂💪

Because everyone needs a best mate who can make you laugh, keep you accountable and sneak up behind you when you least expect it. 😉

Her clothes are fitting better, her energy is OFF TAP ⚡️ and she’s got more fuel to keep up with her little ones.

And through it all, the support from her team has been invaluable. Because you don’t have to do this alone. 🙌

The results are amazing… but who you become along the way is the real win. ✨

GRATITUDE POST ❤️

Okay, this guy deserves a big shoutout. 🥹

Laz is my greatest supporter.

The one person I never have to be perfect for. He knows ALL the parts of me — the good, the bad, the emotional 😂, the overthinking, the big dreams and the occasional “what the actual are we doing?” moments.
His encouragement is the one thing I can always count on. And honestly… I’m so damn lucky to have this guy in my corner. ❤️

Because it was Laz who first inspired me to step outside my comfort zone and into a completely different way of living.

Health. Vitality. Optimism. Adventure. Possibility.

And now look at us. 🥹

We’re not just building a business.

We’re building a community.
We’re helping people change their lives.
We’re creating something that gives us purpose.
We’re learning, growing, failing, laughing, figuring s**t out and having an absolute crack at it together.

I’ll forever be grateful that this man saw something in me before I could see it in myself.
