We are absolutely LOVING our Bobbin Buddies!

These little floating friends have been a huge hit in our lessons! 💙

They’re fantastic for developing:
✨ Reaching skills
✨ Hand-eye coordination
✨ Fine motor skills
✨ Depth perception
✨ Problem-solving skills

Because they sit just below the water’s surface, they create an extra challenge for our older swimmers as they learn to judge distance and reach with confidence. We also love their textured feel, making them a wonderful sensory resource for little hands.

We’ve had lots of families asking where they can get their own set, so we’re thinking about ordering some in for our families! 🐟

This month, we’ve added two ocean themed books to our display for swimmers to enjoy before or after their lesson!

📖 Ocean – perfect for our younger fish, with beautiful illustrations and simple ocean discoveries.

🐋 Big Sea Creatures – ideal for our bigger fish who are ready to dive deeper and learn about some of the ocean’s most amazing animals.

We love creating opportunities for learning beyond the pool, and these books are a great way to spark curiosity about the underwater world we’re exploring this month.

With a warm pool, hot showers, and now an even cosier change area, you’ll always be warm here. 💙

🐠 We are hiring at Fish N Flips Upper Kedron 🐟

One of our little swimmers walked into his lesson this week hiding behind Mum’s legs.

He wasn’t sure about the water.
He wasn’t sure about us.

By the end of the lesson?

He was laughing, splashing, and waving goodbye to his teacher.

Moments like that don’t happen because of a swimming program.

They happen because of people.

Patient people.
