It has been a very stressful week.
I have had a lot of challenges come across and the dealing with some people has been somewhat difficult.

But I had to train!

Sometimes when things are out of your hands, you need to focus on what you can do and achieve that.

So training was the last thing I wanted to do and it was hard to gather the strength to keep going.

BUT, I FINISHED IT!

I pushed through and got it done.

Why/how?
Because strong starts within you and that's why our t-shirts say "strong starts here" right on the chest of the t-shirts. Always push forward

I want your opinion everyone??

I really believe that you should get something when you earn it. This really sets the kids up for life.
It's a great life lesson.

Work hard and smart to achieve your goals.

Remember, when I say STRONG STARTS HERE, I mean that it starts within yourself.

Recovery time

I have started to push myself a little harder, so I need to make sure my recovery is on point, so I can keep going.

I've been seeing since 2010 and I wouldn't have been able to keep going if I hadn't.

Make sure you work on recovery. That way you don't break down and can keep going.

GO HARD IT GO HOME!

That being said, I started very easy and slowly made my way to passing harder and harder.

I've got a long way to go before I feel like I'm training at a good level

But slowly, slowly I'll get there Insha'Allah (God willing)

Remember, it starts with the first step.
Don't go killing yourself on the first day.

Sundays used to be my rest days.
But I missed training yesterday and I want going to start next week when a missed session.

Weight is coming along alright. Not losing a lot, but maintaining with a bit of loss still.

Need to start being specific with my diet and know exactly what/how much I'm consuming.

All in allb it's going fine. I wanted to do this slowly and that exactly what I'm doing.

I'm about to make homemade nachosπŸ˜‹, so I'll post that up tomorrow or something.
