So the weather didn't treat our golfers well on Sunday at Tarraleah Golf Club although those who played in the comp on Saturday enjoyed some fine weather. Thanks to all those who made the effort to attend on Sunday for our 2026 Championships as despite the weather, we had a really good turn up 😊

Our thanks to Dennis, Brett, Brett, Sheryl and Paul (and any others involved) in catering for our players - the bar has been lifted again with ribs, wings, potato bake and fresh salad for our lunch.

We would also like to extend a thank you to Tarraleah Estate for making accommodation available to our members who decided to make a weekend out of this round. The facilities and meals at Tarraleah Estate and Highlander Arms were fantastic. All results below. Congratulations to those who won on the day.

What a beautiful day for golf yesterday at Huonville for the LH Aggregate Stableford for the Vern McTye Shield. Congratulations to Scott O’Neill and Dennis Pursell, both from Tarraleah Golf Club for winning the event today - well done!!

It is with great sadness that we share the news that Marg King, an avid golfer and member of the lefties for many years, is now resting in peace. Our condolences to Ron and the King family at this time. The NALGA family sends love and hugs to you all 🩵 sleep peacefully Marg 🏌️‍♀️
