Start small, increase the habits one by one. For example, start walking for 10 min each morning…. increase the time each day 12 min, 15 min etc … Once you have nailed that make simple changes to your food, do 1 whole food day per week… slowly increase to a second and third day.

Do it for your energy levels not just your looks. You will get a much better result.

Small changes make huge differences.

Wellness is so much more than just physical health.

If I have a coaching client come to me to help them lose weight the answer is never ever “just exercise more, eat less”

My questions are on the following topics … sleep, relationships, social life, type of foods they are eating, emotional health, beliefs, family, joy.

It’s a whole picture in this game.

Figure out who you are, what you want and who you want to be. That is wellness. Not just a scale number and being “toned” let’s do better, be better.
