Hi Team,

We’re having an Open Day for anyone who would like to join our 6:30 pm class. It’s a relaxed, welcoming space where you can come along, give it a try, and see if you’d like to take up our one‑week free trial.

There’s absolutely no obligation to join, and we won’t follow up after the session — I’ll simply wait to hear from you if and when you’d like to start your free trial.

You’re welcome to just come along in a T‑shirt and training pants. We’d especially love to see more ladies in the class.

Looking forward to seeing you this Wednesday evening.

Why Kyokushin people smile after getting kicked.

Because the kick tells the truth.

A clean body shot reveals more than a lecture ever could.

Then you realize you are still standing.

That is the moment the smile appears.

Outsiders think it is strange. They see pain and expect anger. But inside the dojo, a good kick is a message from someone who respects you enough to test you honestly.

No cheap praise. No false confidence. Just contact, pressure, and the quiet demand to improve.

The smile means: I felt that.

It means: good shot.

It means: I have work to do.

It means: thank you for showing me where I am weak.

Kyokushin turns impact into information. The body learns. The ego gets smaller. The spirit gets harder to shake.

That is why a fighter can take a kick, nod, smile, and step forward again.

Because in that moment, pain has already done its job.

Kyokushin Karate has become a big part of my family’s life. 🥋❤️
We train together, challenge each other, and grow stronger, physically and mentally, every step of the way. It’s not just about punches and kicks; it’s about discipline, respect, resilience, and supporting one another through hard work. Sharing this journey as a family has brought us closer and given us memories we’ll carry for life.
