Easter Weekend kicking off in Mildura with Victorian member 12 year Thea Anderson taking on the Thea 500 for the Good Friday appeal.
Today she is skiing the Mildura 100 course 5 times for a total of 500km to raise money for sick kids.
With 300km down and another 200km to go she is well her way to achieving her target.

Junior Family Fun is heading to BIG4 Big River Holiday Park And Ski Lodge long weekend in June, to hopefully introduce some new families to the 'Ultimate lifestyle sport' with Water Ski Racing Queensland. For as little as $40.00 crews can sign up and use their own recreational ski boats, to tow their little ones around a short lap course. We pride ourselves in providing a non intimidating environment for any and all kids who want to give it a go. Nothing but support and encouragement. All ages and abilities welcome. Upon completion of the course/Event crews and kids get to experience a State title finish line. If you or someone you know may be interested please don't hesitate to contact us! After having ran successful events in NSW, and VIC, we are very excited for our first QLD Event!

Lulu Obrien - LuLu first learnt to ski with Kelsey Burns at the Junior development day march 2024, and competed in her first come & try event April 24! She hadn’t had any practice since the junior development day, but she kept going and going for the entire time she was able .. LuLu your determination is second to none and you should be so proud of your efforts! We can’t want to see you in action at the next Junior Display!

Kye Sheath - With his can do attitude, after flying out of his ski’s got straight back up on-top of the water! This little racer loves to sit around 30mph on his two skii’s and his first question to Jack Battye, and Lexi France when he got in the boat was - did we break the recor? 🙌 this little kid is nothing but flat out and full trim! Well done Kye Kye.
