A big thank you to all the wonderful people who people who attend FYF so regularly . Especially the last few weeks when the mornings have been so cold !
Well done to everyone! You have kept your bodies moving and put smiles on your faces as well as mine .

Great Class to finish term 1 2025 today !! A huge thank you to all the wonderful women and men that continue to commit to their health and wellbeing by coming so regularly to my Forever Young Fitness Classes .
Enjoy a two week break and I wish you all a happy and peaceful Easter .
