Unfortunately due to the amount of rainfall at the Cedar Pocket track, we have had to make the decision to cancel Sunday’s event. A lot more rain has fallen at the track than in town.

The track needs attention and it’s too wet to get this done. The private road into the track is slippery and dangerous. Due to it being a private property we also have to take into consideration the impact the traffic would have on the property.

Sorry guys and girls, we were looking forward to it and had a great numbers registered.

Refund will be received from MQ

These decisions don’t come lightly - there is a lot of behind the scenes work to make these events happen.

From Gympie - turn onto Cedar Pocket Road and follow for 15.6km’s.
Cedar Pocket Road changes to Gap Road, you don’t make any turns.
At 15.6km’s you will see GMCC signage at the gate and on tree, left hand side.
Follow the one lane dirt road sensibly until you see the canteen and vehicles. This is private property so please be respectful.
Take care driving and watch for the recommended reduced speeds signs.

😎Looking forward to seeing you there!

A massive thank you to those who have volunteered with track prep, set up the day before and on the day. Without volunteers, we can’t hold these events. If you can help with setting up Saturday, flagging, watering, canteen, bbq, packing up, etc etc please speak to one of us. You don’t need experience, we all started with none 😊
