Our Gunnedah BJJ and Judo boys travelled to Byron Bay over the weekend for their Autumn Open.

We competed in the gi and no gi categories for our age and weight. With one brave young man taking on the open divisions also (Well done Jack!)

We managed to bring home some medals for the guys who competed and also some trophies for affiliate club and academy! Way to go Southside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Huge thanks to our coach and to Justin and Jack who went along. It was good fun and a great learning experience.

Quite a few people came down to train this week.

It was awesome to see such a good turn out.

Come on down and have a go! Learn some Brazilian Jujitu and Judo techniques. Great for fitness and self confidence.

We are really friendly. And don’t bite. First time showing up is the hardest.

Most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. Under the grandstand at the Gunnedah Showground. Tuesday we wear gi. Thursday no gi.
