The Chi Gong Style- Gentler: Meditation. Chi energy to improve healing. such slow gentle movements combined with positive affirmations are easy to do , especially for seniors.

The whole systems have been systematically improved in Applications and for personal development. Sash Grades with Skill levels to achieve make it challenging and interesting.

Our Kung fu has been systematically improved overtime in efficiency and has been Systemised with achievable Gradings by Sifu Joseph with over 45years of experience,

Do you feel like running away from your present situation in your life?
The world is a big place to run away, hide and explore. but then it starts all over again. Good to explore. But at the end, we kind of end up where we started from to face and deal /manage what made us move away or change direction in the first place.

God has a plan for each one of us and as a collective. No one can change the outcome but the way one lives loves along life journey.

God bless everyone's inner journey where life begins and ends. One needs to Walk the personal journey that starts from within where peace and clarity resides,

One's life is precious, sacred and blessed, created before we were born. Treasure it.

Further on the 5- Animals & 5- Elements is the Health Benefits psychologically and physically that is associated with each animal & element. E.g.:
Tiger training; Better hand joints- Fearless feeling with anchored crushing Power, and strong grip

Leopard training; better overall joints of arms, legs, body- spring action, energy and direct strikes, strengthen joints.

The rest; Crane, stork, snake, and Dragon- for health and self-defence are taught in our Academy.

It's unfortunate that such an amazing unique system of Power, Skill, Knowledge & Health. Secrets unfortunately mostly not known or shared by great masters. Come and find out and learn them!
