A few weeks ago, Spencer stepped into the ring and got the result he earned.
What people see is the win. What they don’t see are the early mornings, the late nights, the extra rounds after everyone else has gone home, and the sacrifices made along the way. The hours spent away from his family, not because he wanted to, but because he wanted to build a better future for them.
Champions aren’t made on fight night. They’re made in the days when no one is watching—when they’re tired, sore, and still choose to put in the work.
I’m incredibly proud of the commitment, discipline, and heart Spencer has shown throughout this camp. He fought not only for himself, but for his family and for everyone at our club who stands beside him.
A huge thank you also goes to all the boys in the gym who helped prepare Spencer for this fight. Every sparring round, every word of encouragement, every push to dig a little deeper played a part in this victory. Iron sharpens iron, and having a team that pushes each other to be better every single day is something special.
This win belongs to Spencer, but it also reflects the culture we’ve built together as a team. Congratulations, mate—you’ve earned every second of this success.
