Please note: this will be my last post on the "IMT Gordon" page!
My email subscriber's have already been informed that from 2026 I will not be continuing with the IMT. It's been an epic 30 years but I have decided to start up my own Martial Arts School (incorporating ITF Taekwondo, Hapkido & Tai Chi).
As far as TKD goes, it will be the same class schedule & same style of Taekwondo (I.T.F) just operating under a new school name & a new affiliation. Little video of little Jasmine obtaining her yellow belt recently.
Jasmine started when she was only 4 y.o. going thru the "4-6 year old program" then moving up to the junior class. Now 7 y.o. & powering along. Another 2 levels & she will be training with the greens, teens & adults. She is a such a character.
Thanks to Kathleen Lim (blue belt) for assisting with the junior class & grading.

That's what we called "fixed stance punch" in Taekwondo (with feet in L position rather than turned out at 45). But the message is - check out how fast & snappy the punch is executed & the depth of the stance (perfectly parallel to the floor). Sandra was gold medalist in 2020 for Kata (patterns) so we can learn from her.
