Bowen is a holistic remedial body technique that works on the soft connective tissue called fascia of the body neurological problems including acute sports injuries, chronic or organic concerns. It is a gently and relaxing way to unwind for an hour. There is no forceful manipulation just my firm - soft touch. I am still working full time hours and running my clinic after hours on Monday, Wednesday
