Here’s to works in progress... don’t we all have some of these lying around?
I have too many to count!

I started this one way back last year and I was both excited and nervous about it... now I’m just nervous, scared of wrecking it... and I’m examining every little lump and bump and variation and have to keep reminding myself that this is actually how I like it... I ruled the lines once and it looked awful.
I think the divots and variations give it an organic look, which I like...

The great thing about half-finished work is you can pull it back out again whenever you like and carry on! 😂

This is a canvas I did an acrylic pour onto months ago. I had started drawing over the top but then hated it and half washed it off.

It's been sitting for most of this year, looking very unhappy and this morning on a whim, I picked it up and re-drew a design into it and went back over some areas with ink.

All of a sudden its got a new lease of life and is coming along nicely! And this was a canvas that was destined for a think layer of white paint.

You never know, huh.
