Active resting, partner session:

Goal is to add exercises when waiting for your partner to finish their set to keep your heart rate up.

Workout list:
1. flat bench dumbbell press, plus dumbbell squeeze press. Rest workout is push ups between sets. 4 sets

2. Seated row, Rest workout is still push ups and squats 😤4 sets

3, cable flies Rest workout is edge of the seat push ups ( diamond push ups ) 4 sets

4. Lat pull downs, rest set, 10 dumbbell curls (5 normal curls, 5 pause at the top for 2 seconds and slow release) 4 sets.

Bonus circuit for finisher:
Scissor switch, 20
Ins and outs, 20
Kettlebell swings, 20
Sled push, 2 laps.
Battle rope to failure.
Rest: 30 seconds
As many sets you got left.

Final thoughts: increase weight on each set to keep the intensity up. When doing push ups set a number at the start and keep going till you hit that number every set. If you can not, take a 5-10 second rest and keep doing push ups till you do hit that number.

Rep ranges: first one is always 15 then 8-12, if 12 is easy add weight, if 8 is hard decrease weight.

Hey hey people, had some new shirts made. New vinyl style I wanted to try out. Feels great, got the Large tops with the writing on the back and the XLarge topes just with the logo just to mix things up.. the black top with the red font is new and going to be continued to be made.

This was all made from a new supplier so I’m kicking off $5 per top just to hear the feedback.

Each top is $35AUS before shipping. Limit supply, if you miss out I will put you first in line for the next shipment.
