This can leave you with heightened sense of insecurity and loss of safety and when you meet a potential partner, you become sucker for his love, because in you is still the little girl who years to be looked after.

When another potential relationship ends you are filled with the same fear, insecurity and loneliness that the little girl felt and you start settling for more crap just that he would not leave you.

Babe, Its time you break that vicious cycle and create loving partnerships but for that you first need to feel safe and loved within you and by you.

No one can create what does not exist within you, but they can enhance it 🩷

1️⃣Your body remembers trauma from past generations. Your body remembers being burned, attacked or abused and this is massive in creating unconscious unsafety.

2️⃣Unhealed childhood trauma. It most definitely wasn’t your fault yet it’s your responsibility to heal.

3️⃣Unconscious memory of feeling unsafe in actually safe situation. We have no analytical mind before age 7 - we create meaning without asking is this really so?

Not feeling safe even in my home with my hubby was massive for me.
I had said it many times that I feel feelings that don’t belong to me. And I was right.
My great grandma was abused and terrorised and that fear had travelled through until it ran into me🔥
