Super excited to be getting back into what I love most....helping people on their health and fitness journeys! 💪

I found my passion for not just fitness but also living a healthier lifetsyle around 7 years ago and now can't imagine living anyway else!

Not only did I develop this passion for myself but then wanted to start helping others on their journeys too. So I studied my certificates in fitness and then went on to study my Diploma in health and fitness as well.

I have a few body building competitions up my sleeve too and have LOVED the challenge of those journeys...may possibly try another one day 🤞

I will be starting back with Online Coaching, meal plans and workout programs and then fingers crossed, hopefully be back training clients in the gym in the near future! 😊
