We're running something new.

Raw Foundations is a 5-week small-group course built for men who want a more grounded, practical way to move, think and handle themselves.

Not a fight class. Not a fitness bootcamp. Something that actually carries over into real life.

5 principles over 5 weeks:
Structure. Balance. Intent. Breath. Connection.

Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm. Starts 23 April. Rowville.
Limited to 8 men. $227 including free gloves.

I'm excited to officially welcome our 4 new BareBones apprentice instructors in Finland - Tuomo, Jani, Susanna and Kimmo.

I've known some of these wonderful people for over a decade and I'm genuinely grateful (and bloody lucky) to have them step into the team.

They each come from different backgrounds, with years of training and life experience behind them. What I'm most looking forward to is seeing what they discover, challenge, refine and evolve inside the BareBones framework. That's the whole point, BareBones isn't a clone factory. It grows through the people in it.

Everyone brings their own lens, their own history, their own way of seeing and solving and that's exactly how it should be.

We're building this from the inside out and from the ground up.
