Take ownership of how your body moves.
If you 'just another tight bloke/chick' you can change this.. and I promise extra ROM is much more life changing than an extra kg of muscle for almost everyone.
If you are limited and training (or not) you ARE disfunctional and it's not strange to experience pain. In fact, if you're in this scenario it's actually strange if you DON'T experience pain.
Look for more active and passive Range Of Movement and reap the benefits.
