Congratulations to Lyla on her first poomsae competition winning a silver medal, fantastic effort. A huge thank you to Carmelo for inviting us to compete at the Northern Regional Competition. Although we are a small club, we hope to have more students next time.
Thanks to Balian for stepping in and coaching/mentoring Lyla for me.

Oh's Competition 2022.

Congratulations to Jonah and Lisa on their first Poomsae comp. You did incredibly well and i hope you both have come away learning new things. Thank you to Mr. Oh and Peter from GMA Fitness Academy along with the amazing refs and volunteers for putting on another family friendly TKD competion and for giving their precious time and inviting a small club like ours to participate.

Also a special thanks to Balian on his first time coaching Poomsae, your learning has only just started.
