Also please relock when you leave the course .If there are others riders on course confirm that they will lock .

Same applies for club members using the arenas, lock on leaving .Please remember, arenas are only for current financial members of clubs to use .

Please be advised that the CrossCountry course will remain closed untill after the next Horse Trials 17/18 th of February. More work and changes to the course will be undertaken in the interim. 🐴

Urgent request .. In preparation for hay cutting the x/c course will be closed indefinitely .

Please don’t ignore this request ..adhere to it , otherwise we may be forced to the close x/c permanently.

Second request ..
The new arena is close to completion.. it too will be closed for at least 7 weeks to enable a safe and usable surface to be established for the clubs to use long in to the future . It is evident that some one has ridden over the current base recently , to that person please don’t return . Again volunteers club members and a community group have banded together to raise the $$$ to build the arena and many hours of in kind volunteer labour .Respect please ..

Please no visitors to the grounds tomorrow morning and early arvo
Friday 29th . Thankfully works to the new arena have recommenced and there will be many trucks in and out tipping large amounts of materials . The reserve reserve gates will need to remain open , traffic and noise will make it unsafe to visit . . After 3.00 pm should be ok . Reminder as always check the reserve website for club events and Rallys .

UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE

As a consequence to tomorrow’s start of the new arena construction and the subsequent frequent movement of heavy equipment and vehicles through the reserve we ask that there be no casual visits to the grounds .

This request is to ensure the safety of all… riders,horses,road users and contractors .

X/c is closed .

You will be advised when construction has ceased and conditions deemed fit for access .

As a courtesy to the next user of the yard and the hard working volunteers

Please at completion of your competition , rally or visit remove manure from the yards temporary or permanent .

You all would have poo rakes or scoopers in your float or truck .Happy for you to place it under a tree

There are also wheelbarrows and forks near the steel yards , wash and arenas .

As of 16 th of January the Trybooking system for x/c usage will be open . As usual always check the calendar before proceeding and visit

Note.. Please be aware that there isn’t water available at the grounds outside of rallys and events days.

Competitors in upcoming events must abide buy rules re closure of courses .
