I’ve only been meaning to post this for about a month now, so not sure how successful I’m going to be with all of those grand plans that I have 😂

But in all seriousness, I’m so freakin grateful to have this opportunity to switch roles with my hubby and have him as a stay at home dad because it’s something that most Mum’s could only dream of! So I definitely WILL NOT be taking it for granted and WILL BE doing everything I can to make it all happen!

Officially the people who choose to go running on holiday.. Even if I almost reconsidered the run after waking to a 5 degree morning 😅 but as you can see by the removal of layers as we go, it ended up a BEAUTIFUL morning!

Highlights: Just one 2.5km out and 2.5km back and you obviously can’t beat a scenic coastal location.

Lowlights: For us with the bike trailer the narrow path made it hard to maintain our pace trying to get around people.

After having trouble with sluggish digestion postpartum (to put it politely 💩😉) DAYLY Gut Health has really helped to reduce my bloat and all I have needed is ONE PRODUCT! You know I don’t like over complicating my day - I would never stick to taking multiple supplements, which had been my plan before coming across this! The conditions may not have been motivating but at least I had Jordan Yelverton to keep pushing me 🥹 a rainy, muddy and hilly 5km complete! A little bummed because our watches and race time didn’t match so unofficially, I’m claiming a sub 30 but officially didn’t quite make it 😅 taking the wins of running without stopping, staying upright (which almost wasn’t the case multiple times haha) and coming 2nd in my age category.

Congratulations to everyone who raced today!!

Just patiently waiting for the new run short to drop 👀
